We are working with a reputable client based in Wellingborough(NN8)who require a Production Supervisor to join their team. The position is a permanent role paying £27,000 - £30,000per annum (DOE) Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Rotation - AM/PM(37.5hours per week) 33 days holiday (includingbank holidays) The ideal candidate will have experienceworking as a Production Supervisor within amanufacturingenvironment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement production policies and procedures Establish priorities to ensure the production team are working efficiently Report KPIs to Senior Management Check manufacturing equipment to ensure working order and that constantworkflow is maintained Ensure staff adhereto Health, Safety and Quality processes Quality check products before distribution to customers Key Requirements: Excellent communication skills Previous supervisory experience Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar environment If you are interested in the roleor would like further information, please apply with an updated CV.
