Client Relationship Manager
Location: Manchester Hybrid – 3 days in the office & 2 days at home
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week
Package: Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission and incentive-based rewards
Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing existing customer and partner relationships while achieving specific, measurable targets across a wide range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers through business development and client referrals.
* Maintain a strong online presence (e.g., LinkedIn) to expand your network and enhance QA’s marketing reach.
* Facilitate client meetings to present tailored solutions and maximize sales opportunities.
* Oversee client projects to ensure delivery within scope and timelines, meeting QA standards.
* Prepare quotes and proposals, delivering high-quality presentations aligned with customer and partner requirements.
* Analyse and interpret sales data to strategically prioritize your pipeline and consistently exceed targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term commercial relationships.
* Build deep product knowledge to accurately position offerings within the market.
* Identify revenue opportunities by understanding client needs and challenges.
* Engage in initial discussions across QA’s full portfolio to uncover broader opportunities.
Objectives
* Generate revenue and margin in line with individual and team targets.
* Expand the customer base and increase QA’s product footprint.
