1. Pick and select high-quality products on the shop floor for customers using our on-demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels.
2. Build knowledge about products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
3. Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising.
4. Work flexibly across the store as needed.
