About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a successful and professional wealth management firm based in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, people-focused environment where their efforts truly make a difference.
You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and the wider team, helping to deliver exceptional service to clients and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Relationship Management
*
Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a friendly, professional and efficient service.
*
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and attention to detail.
*
Support the client onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with compliance standards.
Administration & Compliance
*
Process and track client applications with accuracy and care.
*
Maintain client records across various systems including CRM databases.
*
Ensure all compliance, regulatory and licensing requirements are met.
*
Liaise with providers and head office teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Team Support & Business Development
*
Work closely with senior team members to support business development and marketing initiatives.
*
Assist with client events, campaigns, and service reviews.
*
Provide occasional cover for colleagues during absences and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Skills & Experience
*
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial services administration role (experience within an IFA or wealth management environment preferred).
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
*
Confident dealing with clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
*
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
*
Understanding of financial services compliance and regulation.
