Job Location: Wisbech
About the Role:
* Generate and follow up on customer quotations
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Monitor and manage back orders to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
* Support the operational team by converting spare parts and consolidating customer supply chains to Rubix
* Receive and manage daily deliveries, ensuring customers receive their orders
* Support the functionality of the team by maintaining stock levels
* Manual Handling of Stocked Products, replenishing Satellite store locations
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri - 08:00 -17:00
60 mins break
40 hours per week.
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing operational or administrative role
* Ideally, you’ll have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment.
* Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes
* Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles
* Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP systems
* Understanding of health and safety requirements
* Relationship building
* Attention to detail
* Problem solving
