Pharmacist Manager – St George's Place, Cheltenham GL50 3QD
BADHAM PHARMACY LIMITED is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Pharmacist Manager to lead our team at St George's Place in Cheltenham.
The role is full‑time (Monday‑Friday 09:00‑17:30) with occasional Saturday work on a rota basis. Part‑time applicants may also be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
* Act as the responsible pharmacist for the pharmacy.
* Manage the safe and effective delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level, including blood pressure checks, contraceptive services, flu jabs and all Pharmacy First services.
* Maintain and improve patient health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy services.
* Ensure the pharmacy runs efficiently, leading by example.
* Engage with all commissioned services and comply with the quality framework.
* Develop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives.
* Strong leadership of a team of technicians, dispensers and counter assistants.

Required experience:
Qualified Pharmacist, registered with the GPhC upon start date.
