Job Title - Clinical Customer Service Representative
Location - Oxford - Hybrid 2 days home - 3 days office
Salary - 28k - 32k Depending on experience (40 hour week) Monday - Friday
Bonus - 5% of basic salary

Role Overview:
As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, your role is to facilitate clinical testing services by acting as a liaison between physicians and our testing laboratories. This includes monitoring the progress of assigned clinical orders and responding to inquiries with the mission of providing superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish relationships with ordering physician centres and patient sample submission
* Monitor testing and reporting process.
* Resolve billing queries quickly and efficiently.
* Communicate processes with prospective ordering physicians
* Facilitate communication with ordering physicians and provide materials and logistical information
* Facilitate discussions between ordering physicians, internal teams, and consulting physicians as needed.
* Address customer inquiries and order status with possible solutions promptly.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships using advanced communication skills
* Provide input on the documentation of customer-facing materials
* Communicate feedback regarding improvements to internal systems
Qualifications and Experience:
* GCSE and/or A levels (or equivalent)
* Experience in customer-facing, technical support roles
