Job Opportunity: Payroll and Accounts Assistant
Are you a commercially minded Finance person looking to join a fast-paced, growing construction and renewables agency? We are seeking an experienced Accounts and payroll person to run our weekly payroll and client invoicing.
Boyd recruitment are an independently owned recruitment agency that specialise in construction and renewables. We have been in operation for over five years and require a payroll and accounts administrator to run our weekly payroll and accounts receivable department.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring that all contingent workers are paid on a weekly basis, inputting, and processing timesheets. You will be detail orientated with experience working with Xero or sage.
You will create and send statements of account, make outbound calls to ensure that our clients have all the required invoices to ensure regular and timely payment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all timesheets are received and processed weekly
Running payroll, ensuring that all workers are paid on time, and client invoices are generated and send with the correct details, PO’s and payment terms.
Tracking incoming payments
Recording and reconciling all incoming financial transactions received
Issuing invoices and receipts to clients for money received
Resolving outstanding payments and sending collection statements
Updating account information and records of clients
What We’re Looking For:
Experience of working with sage / Xero
Experience of statement of accounts, account reconciliation
Credit control experience.
