As a KS2 Teacher, you will deliver engaging and innovative lessons, encourage independent thinking and creativity, and support students in achieving their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of KS2 Teacher:
* Design and implement dynamic lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum.
* Motivate and challenge students to excel in key subjects, fostering a love for learning.
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, tailoring teaching strategies to support individual growth.
* Cultivate a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere that nurtures creativity and confidence.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues to enhance student success.
* Uphold high standards of classroom management, encouraging positive behaviour and respect.
Requirements of KS2 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment strategies.
* Passion for primary education and student progress.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
* Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
