About the Role

You are part of a diverse and energetic team responsible for forecasting (short, medium, and long term) and scheduling of activities, as well as real time telephony and task optimisation of frontline areas such as Motor, Home, and Broker. Workload is comprised of both customer facing and task based activity and this team is responsible for making informed recommendations to the business about how best to manage present and future resources to produce the best possible customer experience. Joining this dynamic team will provide you with a hands-on approach, with the opportunity in improving workforce planning functions for operational and support areas across Hollard Australia Operations. Key to delivering transformational outcomes will be your ability to partner with functional areas to drive ongoing productivity improvements.

Responsibilities include:

Analysis of impacts and results to explain and recognise business trends and areas requiring attention in relation to resourcing.

Conduct various audits across multiple data streams to ensure the organisations FTE position is reporting accurately.

Explore and deliver continuous improvements in resource tracking and forecasting that delivers value to the Company

Ensuring that all relevant areas of the organisation are adequately resourced to meet the operational workload forecasts.

Provide the leadership teams with a detailed strategy for resource management, including recommendations for training requirements, recruitment, secondments, overtime management and leave management.

Track all aspects of employee movements from on-boarding and team changes to offboarding

Develop and maintain close working relationships with Operational leaders inclusive of Heads of department, Operational managers, Team Leaders, and Support teams.

Creation and maintenance of agreed Line of Business Charters/SOPS to ensure all process are mapped, documented, and agreed by all parties inclusive of WFP & Stakeholders

About You

Strong understanding of workforce planning methodology.

An understanding of capacity planning lifecycle and FTE tracking/reconciliation.

Advanced excel skills, power BI skills.

Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability of influencing stakeholders

Ability to manage and prioritise multiple high-pressure task
