The job itself
Required from 1st September 2026, We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, full-time class teacher to join the Rawcliffe Federation of Schools. We have a passion for high quality teaching and learning. Our supportive and approachable team is committed to helping every child thrive.
We are looking for individuals to join our staff team. You will need to be:
1. Preferably KS2.
2. Hardworking and enthusiastic.
3. An excellent and reflective teacher who wants to develop further.
4. Able to lead subjects across the school.
5. Flexible and able to teach across the school if necessary.
6. Willing to contribute to extra-curricular activities.
7. Ambitious.
8. May have some experience of Little Wandle.
9. Has excellent understanding of assessment for learning and uses this to inform planning.
10. Is able to build positive relationships with parents and carers and is committed to working in partnership.
11. Has high expectations and experience working with all learners including those with additional needs.
12. Able to direct other adults and lead interventions to help remove barriers and fill gaps in learning as well as to meet the needs of all children.
