We are currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCA) and Support Workers to join our team in Maidstone.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of experience in a healthcare/support role
* Up‑to‑date Immunization Reports
* Completed Mandatory Training
* Practical PMVA Training (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced care environment
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care and support to patients/service users
* Assist with daily living activities
* Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
* Ensure a safe and supportive environment
