An experienced Quantity Surveyor is sought by this regional Housing Developer to join and strengthen the teams Commercial Department.
Working with and lining into a Senior/Managing Surveyor you will apply your Quantity Surveying skills on a variety of bespoke housing schemes throughout West Yorkshire predominantly in the Wakefield, Barnsley, Huddersfield areas.
Person Specification:
Applications are sought from Candidates with 3 + years experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on housing developments.
You maybe working for a similar regional SME Developer seeking a new challenge or working for one of the larger more "corporate" national House Builders looking to come away from the large scale unit developments to something more bespoke and personal.
