Marketing Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Home based, travel to head office on occasion when required
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm

Introduction to the role of Marketing Manager:
In this role you will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth through data-led, scalable marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry. Your role involves creating and managing marketing campaigns that promote our service, boost referrals and improve brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
Develop and own annual marketing plan, budget and performance targets
Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify market trends, customer insights and emerging platforms to keep the brand competitive
Conduct market research to understand the needs of the people we support, their families and referrers (e.g. surveys)
Build and implement annual strategic social media content plan
Maintain and develop the company website (Wordpress) in line with business objectives
Execute SEO and SEM including Google PPC/ keyword campaigns
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
Design and produce marketing materials such as case studies, brochures, videos and animations
Maintain relationships with external suppliers and agencies
Oversee content strategy, including thought leadership, video and interactive formats
Lead entry into relevant healthcare industry awards to raise organisational profile
Manage and respond to online reviews to maintain and improve the organisation’s reputation
Plan and deliver PR initiatives to highlight services, stories from people we support and organisational achievements
Source and manage promotional items for campaigns, events and meetings
Represent the organisation at conferences, exhibitions and community events including managing exhibition stands where appropriate
Offer support to other business functions, where necessary
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience of the Marketing Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Or Level 4 CIM Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing
Knowledge of NHS, private healthcare or social care environments
Experience with referral pathways and commissioning practices
Proven experience in a marketing management role
Strong understanding of patient-centred communications and ethical marketing practices
Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM
Experience using data and insight to drive service growth (google analytics)
Experience of using creative marketing tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Pro
SEO/SEM experience (Wordpress, Google Ads etc)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
