Operations Leadership Graduate | Permanent | Salary: £28,100 | Elton

Are you passionate about developing a career in a challenging manufacturing environment? Then join us at Encirc as an Operations Leadership Graduate.
This is a 3 Year Development Programme consisting of the following:
12 months knowledge building with the support of our inhouse Academy Team.
Followed by rotations in three of the following areas:
Shift Manager
Batch and Furnace
Quality

Skills development in lean, project management and analytics.
Leadership development.
During these rotations you will:
Collaborate with assigned Manager in setting and achieving realistic and challenging goals
Plan and perform assigned tasks aligned to the business's priorities.
Demonstrate ability to understand and apply operational and technical fundamentals in the business environment using analytical and problem-solving skills
Develop cooperation and teamwork while leading diverse groups in the development and implementation of team goals
Generate innovative ideas and apply change best practices to ensure impact of key initiatives
Business Knowledge
2.1 or above in the following degrees:
- Business
- Ops Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
Computer literate - Essential
Problem solving
Excellent communication skills
Good team player
Analytical skills
