Our IT Team is growing and we're seeking a Project Administrator to work closely with our Systems Project Manager and help us deliver technical transformations that will help everyone in SMI, and our customers, to get the best out of technology ensuring SMI can continue to provide a great service to it’s customers. As Project Administrator you will be working on multiple projects at any one time, learning about how all areas of the business work and making sure that our project processes run smoothly and deliver on time. What will I be doing? Champion the IT project process within SMI Maintain clear and concise project documentation Work with the Head of Technology Transformation to gather business requirements with SMEs across the business Creation and execution of test plans with SMEs and Technical Transformation team Reporting on project progress Creation of documents in order for IT Operations to successfully support systems once transformation projects are completed. Other administrative tasks to assist the Systems Project Manager and support the winder IT team What do I need? Strong attention to detail Able to manage time and prioritise effectively Great written and verbal communication skills Good general IT skills – Word, Excel etc Curious with a desire to make things better It would also be great if you have Experience using Jira Previous experience of working on IT projects Why join SMI?
