The Role
You’ll act as the single point of contact for VIP clients, managing high-value moves and shipments from start to finish. From coordinating door-to-door fine‑art and household relocations to liaising with suppliers, freight partners, and international offices, you’ll ensure each move is seamless and stress‑free. This role is as much about personality and professionalism as it is about process. You’ll be representing the brand to high‑profile clients — so confidence, discretion, and exceptional communication skills are key.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken – non‑negotiable)
* Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
* Confident handling senior or VIP client relationships
* Strong organisation and problem‑solving abilities
* Background in moving, fine‑art logistics, or relocation is a huge plus
* Alternatively, experience in key account management, logistics, or hospitality with high‑touch clients will also be considered
* A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and ability to stay composed under pressure
