The Role
* Managing a varied employment law caseload with a strong focus on Employment Tribunal advocacy
* Representing clients in preliminary hearings, case management hearings, and multi-day final hearings
* Handling matters involving discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, detriment claims, wages disputes, and jurisdictional issues
* Advising employer clients on disciplinary matters, grievances, dismissals, equal pay, and wider employment law issues
* Drafting tribunal responses, witness statements, hearing bundles, reports, and legal correspondence
* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate
* Assisting with business development initiatives including networking, client training, and legal updates
* Working closely with Partners to contribute to the continued growth of the practice
You
* 4+ years PQE within employment law, although candidates with relevant experience outside this level will still be considered
* Strong Employment Tribunal advocacy experience, including multi-day hearings
* Excellent technical employment law knowledge
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and time management skills
* Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
* Team-oriented with a proactive and commercial approach
* Previous mentoring or supervisory experience would be advantageous
