Job Description:

Team/Role Overview

The Executive Talent Acquisition (TA) Execution Specialist is responsible for the effective delivery of recruitment lifecycle operations, and coordinating recruitment best practice processes, in partnership with Exec TA Partner teams.

What you’ll do

* Concierge candidate management and support (onsite support including logistics where co-located)
* Requisition operational excellence including: job spec templates, role naming conventions, job posting best practices, and compliant dispositioning of applicants
* Coordination of Workday recruitment lifecycle processes for executive hires
* Executive assessment request processing and governance (partnership with assessment vendors and Scheduling team)
* Candidate compliance process coordination such as EoR/Rehire checks etc.
* Case handling of scheduling, contract, background screening requests, and new hire support (direct contact with hiring managers and hires to facilitate smooth onboarding)
* Ensuring timely completion of critical hiring tasks, including signed contracts, onboarding, background checks, and regulatory references
* Start date management: working with screening partners to ensure hires are on track, escalating delays proactively, confirming start dates, and communicating updates
* PO and invoice management, processing, and tracking (all vendors)
* Maintaining centralized data and communication channels (SharePoint, Teams)
* Serving as a subject matter expert and point of contact for best practices and processes
* Providing data analytics, insights, and reporting, including MI and performance metrics
* Operating with an understanding of data governance, risk, and compliance issues related to sensitive data

What we’ll need from you

* Experience in current recruitment processes or support roles
* Knowledge of senior/executive suite hiring processes
* Experience with recruitment lifecycle management
* Understanding of executive search practices and processes
* Ability to navigate complex situations proactively with solutions-focused mindset
* Confidence engaging with executive stakeholders
