Marketing manager

Offer description

If you're looking to join an entrepreneurial team that is leading a movement within a niche in US healthcare, redefining industry standards, and using trust-based marketing strategies - then this may be the right opportunity for you.

First, who are we?

Founded in 2017, we partner with just over 80 of the world's best hearing care practices to help them to become iconic in their communities and grow reputation, recognition and revenue through brand, content and performance marketing through the implementation of a 8-step strategy (that our founder is releasing a book about in late 2026).

With a small yet dynamic team of less than 20 people that all work remotely, it's a culture where people who care about results and impact flourish, with a strong leadership team and ambitious growth plans.

As you're still reading, you must like what you've seen so far.

The truth is, we've developed a very special culture, and we're absolutely committed to maintaining it.

The person that joins us must be a great fit - somebody that is always improving/learning, somebody that obsesses over results, and truly cares about the impact of their work - and we're prepared to wait until the perfect match comes along.

Although your experience and expertise plays a key role in this process, your personality traits and attitude are critically important. If this is how your co-workers and friends would describe you, then we may be the ideal match:

* Interested in self-development, learning new skills and continually improving yourself.
* Committed, dedicated, a great teammate, pitches in without being asked, puts team accomplishments ahead of individual accomplishments.
* Owns it, credits others for successes, and accepts responsibility for failures.
* Always finds a constructive way to solve a problem.
* Coachable, doesn't get defensive, accepts feedback with a positive attitude.
* Always looking for ways to grow and improve.
* Reliable, dependable, when you say you'll get something done, it's as good as done
* Understands that we live and die by the results that we generate

These statements also describe the people you'll be working alongside, meaning that you'll quickly discover that this is much more than a group of co-workers, it's an aligned team of doers and achievers.

We have discussed about whether you're the right fit for this role and you're still reading. So, let's now look at the specific duties of the role.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing, strategizing and helping to implement marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients, managing a small team of specialists across copywriting, design, video editing and implementation.

Working closely with our

* Delivering marketing masterclasses to our clients, both through online trainings, on Zoom presentations and in-person

If the above sounds like the kind of role that you have been waiting for, and the type of business that you want to be part of, then here's what we're ideally looking for from you:
