About the Role
We are currently recruiting for knowledgeable and engaging Health and Social Care Lecturers to join leading colleges across Bedfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to find a role that suits you perfectly, enabling you to make an immediate impact on the students you'll teach.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of Health and Social Care courses.
* Support and motivate students with your expert knowledge to achieve their potential.
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best results.
Requirements
* A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent).
* A degree in Health and Social Care or a closely related subject.
* Experience teaching Health and Social Care at a range of levels, ideally within a further education or college setting.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).
