An excellent opportunity for an experienced, well presented, customer service driven Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join an independent estate agent based in Bromley.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits
* IRO: £35,000 - Negotiable depending on experience
* 5 days/week. 9am – 5pm. Expected to cover Saturdays

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities
* Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
* Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Arrange and attend to property viewings
* Assist with property valuations – if experienced
* Secure offers and lead negotiations
* Support the wider team
* Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
* Encourage and generate new business
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Requirements
* Previous experience essential
* Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
* Solid IT skills
* Well spoken and well presented
* Excellent organisational skills, and punctuality is of upmost importance
