Job Description
* Developing and implementing innovative procurement strategies.
* Managing and fostering relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Head up the FM and tech/IT categories and have full ownership
* Overseeing the procurement process, from the initial identification of requirements to the final delivery of goods/services.
* Ensuring the Procurement & Supply Chain department delivers a high level of internal customer service.
* Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers.
* Identifying opportunities to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* Managing and developing a team of procurement professionals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Manager should have:
* Relevant qualifications in Procurement & Supply Chain or a related field.
* Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the professional services industry.
* Strong negotiating and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings.
* A thorough understanding of procurement processes and legalities.
