Senior Operations Analyst – CNRMC C300 Maintenance Planning and Execution Location: Norfolk, VA (On-site) Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance Required Overview Invictus Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to provide high-level support to the Commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) Code 300 (Maintenance Planning and Execution). This role is central to ensuring effective planning, milestone management, and execution oversight across the Navy’s surface ship maintenance enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Navy Maintenance Databases (NMD), the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), and the planning processes that drive successful ship availabilities. Key Responsibilities Serve as the overseer and gatekeeper of all planning milestones for all availability types, ensuring alignment with Navy standards and timelines. Utilize the Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) to analyze planning data, create pivot charts, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Create, maintain, and brief multiple metrics on the SMDII Dashboard, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to inform decision-making. Develop, submit, and advocate for JFMM change requests that impact the entire Navy maintenance enterprise. Collaborate with Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs) to ensure understanding and compliance with requirements for Engineering Assessments (EAs) and Stack Hands briefs. Provide recurring input to the Waterfront Information Newsletter (WIN), summarizing the planning and execution status of all current availabilities, including direct coordination with all Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs). Support Formal Maintenance Activity Assessments (FMAA) as a planning assessor. Deliver concise weekly and ad hoc planning updates, reports, and briefs for senior leadership across the enterprise. Required Qualifications Active Secret Security Clearance Extensive experience with Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) and Navy maintenance planning processes. Proven ability to oversee and manage maintenance planning milestones for multiple availability types. Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, and briefing metrics dashboards (SMDII Dashboard or equivalent). Strong background in developing and submitting JFMM change requests. Experience coordinating with Regional Maintenance Centers and providing enterprise-level planning guidance. Proficiency in data analysis, pivot charts, and reporting tools to translate raw data into decision-quality products. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with experience in drafting reports, newsletters, and executive briefs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple commands and stakeholders. Desired Qualifications Hands-on experience supporting FMAA assessments. Knowledge of Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs) and broader CNRMC enterprise processes.
