The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Co-ordinator to support our growing Recruitment Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience from start to finish.


Responsibilities

* Assist the team with all recruitment activity through advertising, direct sourcing activity, screening and other recruitment administration activities as well as managing the overall candidate experience
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and vacancy data
* Support the team with job postings, shortlisting and interview logistics
* Assist in drafting job descriptions and adverts in line with company branding
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, GDPR, and employment legislation
* Support the Recruitment & Onboarding Co-ordinator with onboarding processes including offer letters and pre-employment checks
* Produce recruitment reports and metrics for internal stakeholders
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function
* Assist with coordinating all recruitment related events
* Work with the team to support the Early Careers programme
* Actively promote Draken Europe as an employer of choice and support in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion activities


Qualifications and Experience

* A proven track record in Recruitment Administration and Co-ordination activities, ideally within Aviation, Defence, Engineering, or Technology sectors
* Organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS systems
* Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices is desirable
* A commitment to delivering a high-quality service
* A team player, willing to multi-task and lean in to support recruitment delivery across multiple functions within the business
