You will sit within the Personalised Offers team within CRM and work to continually improve the app experience for our customers by rewarding them with relevant, exciting offers. This role is critical in aiding customer retention and driving significant revenue and footfall into our 2500 stores and to boots.com. Key Responsibilities: The Marketing Assistant will lead on the delivery of the personalised offers plan to drive engagement of our most valued customers. Reporting to the CRM Specialist, you will work cross functionally with internal teams to: • Deliver and optimise the annual personalised offers plan for the Boots app – delivering targeted and relevant offers to our growing customer base. • Manage the digital offer process, from customer understanding and insight through to measuring results and reporting back to the business • Support the delivery of seasonal campaigns during peak trading periods • Work closely with trading and marketing colleagues to ensure the latest Boots products and services are communicated in our digital offer channels What you need to have: • You should be passionate about Boots and our customers, with a natural ability to understand the customer and how to communicate effectively, keeping them at the heart of all campaigns • Flexible, energetic and driven to build excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders • Commercially and financially aware, with a performance driven attitude • Strong organisational and process skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects through to completion with a strong eye for detail, all delivering right first time • The ability to pick up and learn new processes quickly • Excellent communication skills and confident in collaborating across functions and presenting ideas clearly Why Boots: At Boots, we foster a working environment where consideration and inclusivity help everyone to be themselves and reach their full potential.
