💼 What You'll Be Doing
📧 Managing a busy shared inbox (40+ email actions daily)
📝 Processing customer orders quickly and accurately
📞 Handling incoming and outbound customer service calls
🖥️ Working across CRM & SAGE systems (full training provided!)
⚡ Supporting a team where 90-95% of the workload is reactive
