Its central government, made more accessible to you The Work Experience programme will run from 29 July to 2 August 2024. It will consist of some virtual days and some days spent in one of our Darlington (Feethams House) or London (1 Horse Guards Road) offices, with expenses provided in full for travel and meals. You can choose between applying for either Darlington or London for the in-person days of the programme. Over the course of the week, you will gain an insight into the Treasury and how it works. You could be: Shadowing current HM Treasury officials; Attending seminars and presentations on currents issues that the Treasury is working on; Conducting research into a project of interest to you; Receiving mentoring from Treasury officials; Learning first-hand about future career opportunities within the Treasury. You will need access to a computer, laptop or tablet to participate. Eligibility This opportunity is open to students aged 16-18. Students will be at college, school, or training, studying any courses or subjects.
