About the Role
Bamboo Rose is expanding the engineering team for our newly integrated Plan solution. We are seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on front-end development to Improve the user experience and contribute to the evolution of our enterprise planning product.
You will work as part of a collaborative R&D team focused on delivering high-quality features, and developing the client architecture using the latest UI patterns.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End & Full Stack Development
* Develop high-quality front-end features using Angular best practices.
* Collaborate with UX and backend engineering to enhance usability, performance, and consistency across the platform.
* Design & Collaborate on .NET services to deliver application features.
* Participate in the entire SDLC—from requirements through deployment and support.
* Work with engineering leadership to evaluate and implement new UX patterns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
* Partner with Implementation, Consulting, and Support teams to resolve complex issues across the stack.
* Collaborate with product & design teams to transition requirements to clear solution statements of work
* Provide clear and accurate documentation and technical definitions.
* Provide 3rd-line support for customer projects as needed.
Technical Skills & Experience
Essential
* Degree or equivalent level qualification
* Strong experience with the Angular 16+ (minimum), 20+ (ideal) and front-end engineering best practices.
* Strong knowledge of Typescript and RxJS.
* Working knowledge of C#, .NET, and backend service integration.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the stack.
* Commercial use of AI assisted development.
Desirable
* Experience of Angular state management libraries, NgRX (or any redux pattern library)
* SQL (MS Sql Server / Postgres)
* Exposure to Azure, cloud services, distributed architectures.
* Agile sprint methodology
* CSS utilities such as Tailwind
