* Leading a team to provide outstanding, trauma-informed care
* Creating a safe, nurturing and empowering home environment
* Driving strategic development and service improvement
* Managing care planning, supervision, and staff performance
* Overseeing the home’s budget and financial operations
* Embedding safeguarding and compliance across the service
* Acting as a positive role model for staff and residents
What You’ll Need:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role in residential children’s care
* Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and care standards
* Compassionate, resilient, and effective leadership style
* Full UK driving licence and on-call flexibility
