The pay rate for a tutor varies from £25-£30 per hour, dependant on experience, roles and the demands of the student. Requirements for the role: ). - A desire to promote and encourage, as well as motivate themselves. - An excellent grasp and understanding of the English Language. - An Enhanced Child Workforce only DBS on the update service, or willingness to purchase one via TP Tutors (support for obtaining one can be provided). - A strong subject knowledge of the specialism and curriculum of your choice. - Experience of working with children/young people with SEND, SEMH and other additional needs. - GCSE delivery experience (Desirable) and UK Delivery experience (Essential). - Professional references from your most recent employers, totalling 24 months from a 10-year career history.
