The school is an SEN school based in Rotherham who trusts us to connect them with a proactive and enthusiastic SEN TA who is ready to support and work alongside the schools values and mission to foster a caring and positive learning environment. We are looking for a reliable, engaging and patient teaching assistant who is ready to make an impact on students' education and support. Is this you?

the requirements:
7. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one through Randstad).
8. Previous and relevant experience supporting children.
9. Previous experience supporting SEN students.
10. Reliable.
11. Available on a full-time basis.
12. Strong patience and time management skills.
13. Excellent communication skills.
14. Committed to working collaboratively as a team.
the responsibilities:
15. Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and activities.
16. Support and guide students in their day-to-day learning and development.
17. Maintain a positive and creative learning environment.
18. Help students remain focused and inspired towards the lesson plan and activities.
19. Potential for 1:1 or group support to pupils with additional needs when required.
20. Building rapport with students, teachers and parents/ carers.
