Our client based in Staines are looking for a highly experienced Administrator with previous experience dealing with difficult customers and complaints. You must have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
You will be providing support to the wider team, raising invoices, updating information onto the database, and responding to customers questions and queries.
Your duties include, however are not limited to:
Assisting the team with various administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency
Efficiently handling customer service invoices
Liaising with customers and dealing with any complex queries
Adhering to established procedures for expense management, purchase orders, and payment processing
General ad-hoc duties when requiredThe ideal candidate will possess self-motivation, strong communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in administrative tasks. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is necessary, while previous systems experience is advantageous.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30 am - 5.15 pm and Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Hourly rate: £13.85 per hour
