Job Description
Experian Information Technology Services (EITS) are looking for Technical Consultant to join our team. You will have a background in financial technology and an understanding of eligibility solutions for lenders.
As a Technical Consultant, you will work with our clients to implement and improve our eligibility solutions, ensuring they meet their specific needs and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their eligibility requirements and business processes.
* Design customised eligibility solutions using our proprietary technology.
* Provide technical expertise during the implementation phase, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain compliant.
* Work with the product development team to provide feedback and suggest enhancements based on client needs.
* Develop a constructive working relationship with the delivery, product and engineering teams
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implementations and customisations.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role in the financial technology sector.
* Experience with eligibility solutions and lending processes.
* Willingness to travel to client sites
