37 hours per week
The successful candidate will work closely with the Trust Senior Leadership Group and school leadership teams across the Trust to develop and support systems which provide data to facilitate school improvement.
The successful candidate will possess:
* Undergraduate degree.
* Post graduate certification (desirable).
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Reliability, tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
* A pro-active approach, able to work independently but also as part of a team.
* A sense of responsibility and willingness to actively provide assistance and support to the team and all schools.
* An ability to proactively deal with ambiguity and conflicting pressures.
* An ability to lead a team effectively.
* A flexible approach to working and commitment to ongoing service and personal development.
This role will involve a hybrid working pattern with a minimum of 2 days at any of the MET schools (flexible home/office working).
