Deputy Team Manager (Part-Time) – Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies
Do you have excellent leadership and organisational skills? Are you experienced in managing projects?
We’re looking for a Deputy Team Manager for our South East locality within Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies (BTT) service. This role is part‑time, 30 hours per week, fixed‑term for 12 months covering maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective leadership and management of resources, ensuring staff are well supported and patient care is prioritised.
* Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a responsive, high‑quality and safe service for our patients.
* Support the Senior Leadership Team in operational delivery, meeting national guidelines and key performance indicators.
* Lead by example, adapting quickly to changing priorities and contributing to wellbeing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear communication.
* Attention to detail, motivation, enthusiasm and team‑player attitude.
* Previous experience in mental health, NHS or social care is preferable but not essential; transferable skills are welcomed.
* Experience in project or operational management is highly desirable.
Contract Details
* Part‑time, 30 hours per week.
* Fixed‑term 12‑month contract covering maternity leave.
