WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting into the FP&A Director and embedded within a collaborative finance team, you'll act as the primary Finance Business Partner for the technology and innovation function, operating as a trusted financial voice at the heart of the company's most strategically important decisions.
Day-to-day, you'll lead forecasting, budgeting, and business case development for Product and R&D initiatives, working closely with Product Managers to evaluate ROI, inform roadmap prioritisation, and track performance metrics. You'll translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, support monthly and quarterly business reviews with sharp financial narratives, and help ensure the Product team meets its operational targets while staying within budget.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* 7+ years across Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Strategy or Consulting
* Demonstrable experience supporting a Technology, Product or R&D function within a SaaS or FinTech environment
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to cut through complexity and drive clear decisions
* Confident stakeholder influencer; comfortable challenging upwards and across functions
* ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) preferred
* Experience in a high-growth, scale-up environment where structure is still being built, not inherited
