Our client is a leading multi-platform media organisation undergoing rapid digital growth, investing heavily in subscription innovation and audience engagement. With a strong presence across print, digital, audio and live experiences, they reach millions of consumers monthly and continue to evolve how content connects with audiences.
The Customer Acquisition Lead will drive subscription growth through high-performing paid marketing strategies, using data, creativity and audience insight to deliver measurable results across digital channels. This opportunity has arisen due to continued expansion, offering you the chance to shape acquisition strategy at scale and directly influence commercial performance.
This is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment so this role will suit someone who is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity!
About the Role:
* Own and execute paid acquisition strategy across key channels (Meta & Google)
* Plan and optimise always-on and campaign-based activity
* Use audience insights to improve conversion journeys
* Collaborate with editorial, product and marketing teams
* Monitor performance metrics including CPA, ROI and conversion rates
About You:
* Proven experience in paid acquisition (Meta & Google)
* Experience working in Publishing/Media is highly desired
* Strategic mindset (long term opportunities) and performance focus (commercial acumen)
* Strong agency management experience - confidence to challenge
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Subscription experience would be ideal
* Experience scaling newer channels would be great
