Deputy Hotel Services Manager
Join our Manchester Facilities team to play a key role in ensuring that the highest customer experience standard is consistently delivered across our hospital sites.
Location
Manchester – Multi‑sites including the Christie Private Care, The Wilmslow and Outpatient Centres.
Hours & Contract
Full‑time – 37.5 hours per week. Permanent.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Deputise for the Hotel Services Manager, managing teams and HR processes.
* Manage and oversee Hotel Services budgets.
* Utilise corporate contracts and work with external contractors to ensure smooth running of the site.
* Facilitate professional and personal development of managers and supervisors.
* Support audits, inspections and executive rounding across Hotel Services.
* Manage patient satisfaction results for the hospital, setting up action plans with relevant stakeholders.
* Oversee multiple sites across the Manchester area.
Skills & Experience
* Management and leadership skills.
* Experience working in a 5* environment.
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
* Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
* Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
* Excellent organisational skills.
