From first enquiry to handover and after-sales care, youll handle every step with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position focuses on used car sales, working with a hand-picked range of quality vehicles. Car Sales Executive - Key responsibilities: Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle Organising and supervising test drives Presenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantly Maintaining accurate customer records using our sales system Following up on leads to build lasting relationships Car Sales Executive - Requirements: Strong people skills and a professional approach Confident communicating both in person and over the phone Works well independently and as part of a close team IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems Full UK driving licence Previous car sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
