The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support secondary-aged students with a variety of special educational needs. You will assist with delivering personalised learning activities, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, proactive, and committed to helping students reach their full potential.
Key Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred).
* Strong communication, numeracy, and IT skills.
