The Role
As Head of Digital, you will lead and develop a team of digital marketing specialists, overseeing the performance of digital channels and owning the firm’s digital strategy. This includes full ownership of the organisation’s website—content, UX, SEO, traffic generation, and conversion optimisation—alongside wider digital marketing initiatives that drive brand presence, lead generation, and client engagement.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to champion the digital agenda, influence change, and shape how and where digital investment is allocated. You'll use performance data to inform strategy, maximise ROI, and ensure the business is reaching the right audiences in the most effective ways.
