Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 + vehicle
About the Company: My client is seeking a Finishing Foreman to join their established team working on housing developments in the Louth area. This is a permanent position as a result of multiple new contracts coming through across Louth and Meath.
The successful candidate will be finishing out a project in Louth.
The Role
- Coordination and supervision of the finishing for residential projects in Louth
- Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
- Report into and support the Project Manager and Site Manager
- Oversee and manage manpower on site including direct staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
- Managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
Requirements
- A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background (carpentry/joinery preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role with a construction company in ROI – main contractor or fit out contractor preferred
