Role Overview
As a Paramedic Functional Assessor at Maximus, you will assess how disabilities or health conditions affect individuals' daily lives through telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments. Your work will support the Department for Work and Pensions in determining benefit eligibility. Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments to evaluate the impact of health conditions on daily life
* Prepare detailed reports for benefit assessments
* Maintain and develop clinical knowledge through ongoing feedback and training
Requirements
* Valid HCPC registration number
* At least 1 year of broad post-registration experience
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in computer software for report writing
