The role involves proactive patrols, investigations, and enforcement of civil and criminal legislation, ensuring community safety and public protection. Key Responsibilities * Carry out patrols and enforcement activities to address crime, nuisance, and disorder. * Investigate civil and criminal offences in line with legislation (e.g. PACE, CPIA). * Prepare case files for legal proceedings and give evidence in court. * Respond to complaints, Member enquiries, and service requests. * Work with police, fire, council teams, and other agencies on joint enforcement. * Maintain accurate case records and data systems. * Attend community and ward meetings as required. * Act as a visible ambassador for the Council in a front-line role.
