A hybrid role, this new opportunity plays a crucial role in enhancing our existing software and hardware and developing new applications that meet our customers' needs. Testing & Fault Finding : Conduct fault finding, testing, and witness testing for both new and existing programs to ensure high quality and performance. Test Plan Development : Assist in creating test plans and participate in client-witnessed testing to validate software functionality and performance. Collaboration & Handover : Collaborate with the installation/commissioning teams to ensure a smooth handover of released software. Security & Data Protection : Ensure all software developed is secure and effectively protects the personal data of our customers. Mentorship & Guidance : Provide guidance and insights to developers with varying experience levels as a key senior member of the team. Travel & Demonstrations : Be prepared to travel (within the UK/EU/US) to perform customer demonstrations or assist in delivering systems. Travel arrangements will be provided. Applicants must have a driving license, passport, and be confident in traveling alone.
