Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Strong experience within a Product Design role focused on UX and UI for Web-based SaaS Platforms or Apps Demonstrable track record using A/B Testing, Behavioral Design & User Research to make data-informed Design Choices Experience working with HotJar, Google Analytics, Crazy Egg, or similar for data analytics Expert with Figma and other associated tools to bring designs to life Experience with creating dashboards or apps involving a high level of data Familiarity with Design Systems, with experience in shancn being a benefit Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product Design team to modernize and redevelop the frontend of our core product Engage in feature design from ideation through to delivery, influencing product direction Make evidence-backed design choices that enhance user experience and engagement Utilize data analytics tools to inform design decisions and improve usability Create and iterate on designs that effectively present complex data in an engaging manner Participate in in-person collaboration sessions in the office twice per week Technologies: Figma Frontend Web UX UI Design Ada Support React More: We are a leading SaaS business located in Central Brighton, committed to modernizing our core product through a greenfield project.
