Reporting to the Founder, the Senior Social Media Performance Manager will manage B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, focusing on strategic accounts. You will work in a small but mighty team, driving robust content plans and creative execution with community management.

Your expertise in Social Media Marketing will contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of the agency.


Typical Week

* 10% Client management and meetings
* 10% Content briefing to the creative lead and minor content edits
* 50% Ad build and management
* 20% Strategy creation and research
* 10% Community management
* 5% Reporting

£35,000 - £45,000 a year starting salary, depending on the skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

* You’ll be challenged constantly by evolving platforms, daily trends, fast turnarounds, and picky clients who expect high quality content and ad management.
* We’re obsessed with making better content and not just delivering “what the client asked for”. That means pitching new ideas, challenging lazy briefs, and going beyond Canva templates and recycled trends.
* You’ll need to be a proactive learner. We offer support, resources, budget and time, but we don’t spoon‑feed.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

* 4+ years of hands‑on agency experience managing paid social media campaigns and clients.
* Excellent knowledge of social commerce platforms, especially TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
* Strong conversion copywriting ability.
* A solid track record of generating measurable returns, and growing social accounts and communities for brands and creators.
* Confidence in multi‑channel strategy, reporting, briefing creators, and speaking directly with clients.
* Understanding of UGC and short‑form video best practice, both briefing and editing.
* Experience using tools – Meta Business Suite, TikTok seller and affiliates centre, Google Analytics, Google Trends, Facebook Ads Library, CapCut, Canva, Figma, reporting tools, etc.
* A proven ability to stay calm, organized and creative in a fast‑paced environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead strategic development and execution across paid media campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest for B2B and B2C clients.
* Plan monthly campaigns and weekly content with clear objectives and creative angles.
* Collaborate closely with our founder and creative team to drive conversions and measurable ROI on every campaign.
* Confidently brief creators, videographers and designers to bring the strategy to life.


Content Creation & Execution

* Write social‑first copy in multiple brand voices – engaging, concise, killer hooks, witty when needed, clear CTAs, always.
* Work across video, graphics and UGC – briefing, scripting, and editing effectively using in‑house templates and support from our Creative Lead to execute paid content shoots.
* Spot and act on insight and trends with speed, without relying on “can we jump on this?” chat. You’re plugged in.


Community & Channel Management

* Own the day‑to‑day of multiple paid brand channels – tweaking budgets, audiences, and constantly testing creative to drive CPA down.
* Nurture the community, using all comments and feedback as insight to drive the next batch of creative to drill down to their pain points.
* Handle escalations and community issues professionally and quickly.


Client Management

* Run weekly or monthly check‑ins, respond to feedback, and be proactive in showing what’s working (and what’s not).
* Present reports and recommendations backed by performance data.


Reporting & Analytics

* Track what matters: conversions, engagement, saves, shares, watch time.
* Pull reports, analyse content performance and drive month‑on‑month improvements.
* Confident in using eCommerce platforms, TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, Meta tools, Google Analytics, and paid reporting to inform the strategy.
* Owning your work and outcomes. If something underperforms, we ask why, not who’s fault it is, but you’ll need to take accountability and bring solutions. If it pops off, we celebrate the wins together!

Application process

* Talent Call: 15‑minute telephone call with Fiona (our Founder) about role requirements, life at FB, and your background and aspirations.
* Pre‑interview Task: You may be asked to complete a task – an opportunity to show creativity and skills. Estimated time no more than an hour.
* Final Interview: 45–60 minute in‑person meeting with Fiona (our Founder) and the chance to ask questions about the role and company. We’ll deep‑dive into past experiences, goals, motivations, and skills aligned with our values.
* Paid Trial: A paid trial may take place in the interim to assess your work on a day rate if it doesn’t conflict with your current employment contract.
