Senior Construction Project Manager Client-SideStevenage + Multi-Site | Hybrid (23 days onsite)Up to £50/hr Umbrella (~£1,850/week)Contract with strong extensionWere supporting a leading UK defence organisation in hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to deliver high-value infrastructure projects across secure UK sites.This is a client-side role, giving you ownership from concept through to deliveryno day-to-day site firefighting, but full control of programme, stakeholders, and outcomes.What youll be doing Deliver complex construction & FM projects (£50k£5M+) across multiple sitesManage consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teamsLead projects through full lifecycle (design ? delivery ? handover)Drive cost, quality, and programme performanceEngage directly with senior stakeholders across the businessWhat were looking for Must have:Experience delivering construction or facilities projectsStrong contractor & stakeholder managementKnowledge of RIBA stages / construction lifecycleConfident leading multi-disciplinary project teamsNice to have:Defence / MOD / regulated environment experienceHNC / Degree in Construction or FMWhy this role?
