A Primary PRU in Ferryhill is looking for a resilient Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEND, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviour.
You'll be working with children who need structure, consistency, and someone who believes in them, even when they're struggling to believe in themselves.
We're looking for someone who:
• Can stay calm under pressure• Has experience with challenging behaviour• Understands the importance of relationship building• Can be firm, fair, and supportive• Wants to make a genuine difference
